1. How to make my reservation?

Use our website: Faro Airport transfers , choose your destination, number of passengers and the price will appear automatically, then press the button Book now

2. How to pay for my reservation?

Your reservation can be paid via paypal or to the driver upon arrival at your accommodation, if you have a return reservation you must make the full payment.

3. Can I make a last minute booking ?

We only accept bookings for the next day or later. To book for the same day you should contact us through our phone numbers 00 351 914 140 637 or 00 351 910 837 012.

4. If the destination I want is not listed?

You need to send us an email and ask the quotation for the destination and tell us how many people are part of your group. To do this just click on the contact us button.

5. Babies counts as passengers?

All children up 2 years old are considered babies. They do not pay , but under Portuguese law they need a specific car seat, that will be occupy a seat , so yes babies count.

6. Do we accept reservations for children car seats?

Yes we do, and do not charge for this type of request, simply inform us when you booking the children´s age.

7. How much baggage can I take?

You can carry a suitcase and hand luggage per passenger. If you travel with excess baggage, golf bags, wheelchair or other please inform us.

8.How to find us when arriving at Faro airport?

After collecting your baggage go to the arrivals hall, and next to the Vodafone store the driver will be waiting with a sign with your name. If you do not find the driver do not hesitate to contact us by phone: 00 351 914 140 637 or 00 351 910 837 012.

9. If my destination is Spain which clocks to consider?

The time to take into account is allways the Portuguese time.

10. Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes you can, any cancellation or change must be made via email or phone, through the telephone numbers : 00 351 914 140 637 or 00 351 910 837 012.

11. The failure to cancel requires payment?

Yes, if you do not inform us at least 24 hours before your cancellation, we will charge 75% on your reservation. Any question feel free to contact us.

12. Is any penalty if the flight is delayed?

No, we do not charge any penalty, for a delay of your flight. We keep an update on the flights arriving and we will be waiting for you.

13. What should you know when booking?

Find the destination you want to book, hotel , private house or Town.
Select the vehicle that suits your family or friends (Car, minibuses or bus)
Tell us the number of passengers traveling in your group.
Detailed information of your flights arrival and departure.
Dates and times of arrival and departure of your trip.
Special needs information (children´s car seat, etc.)
Pay Paypal or the driver when you arriving at the accommodation.
The driver will be waiting with a sign with your name at arrivals hall (in front of the Vodafone store)
